Interview: We will perform a brief interview to gather an outline of the property that you are considering. We will explore your needs and concerns and tailor an inspection program to fit those needs. At this time we will be able to quote you a competitive price for our services.
Introduction: We will arrive for our appointment on time and ready to perform. We will present you with a binder for your property including:

A copy of your Inspection Agreement

Information of the standards and practices of licensed home inspectors

Environmental (EPA) information regarding blanket code requirements

Basic home safety and maintenance information

Template of your soon to be completed inspection report
Inspection: A typical inspection will take between 2 and 4 hours. We will generate a report throughout the inspection. We encourage your presence and participation throughout the inspection so that we can provide an education as to every component of your home. It is our goal to leave you with the feeling of empowerment and comfort about the property you are considering.
Education/Analysis: We will interpret your inspection in a language that you will understand and provide you with answers to all of your questions and a glossary of terms and definitions to allow you to reference your report long after we have left.
Continued Support: CIS will continue to be available to you on line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will be available to answer your questions and address any issues concerning our service and your home. Access to your account on our site through a secure password will ensure that no matter where you are, your information can be with you.
